The Foundation is governed by a board of five trustees who award grants annually, each June, to qualified charitable organizations. All grant applications must be postmarked by April 30th of the current year in order to be considered for a current year grant.

PRIORTIES
The priority of the Dominic Ferraioli Foundation is funding specific projects rather than capital campaigns or fund drives. Each year the Foundation seeks to award grants for charitable projects that will have a substantial impact on the charitable organization, community or segment of the population on which the project is focused.
